This virtual workshop, hosted by Journey Hospice, will use case studies to illustrate ethical conflicts such as unsafe discharge, decisions about life-sustaining measures, and determining competence to drive.

In addition, participants will learn established HIPAA guidelines and also what to do in a situation where there are conflicting powers of attorney. Presented by Bratton Estate & Elder Care Attorneys.
